This article is based on the background of Major Client Strategy, through the analysis of large customer demand, research to build rail freight system needs major clients overall framework, architecture, network architecture and hardware and software environment, and analysis e-commerce technology-based client management system a large rail freight transport streamlining application procedures, increasing efficiency of cargo transportation advantages, and the future transport of goods in improving customer service and achieve the owner of the cargo tracking inquiries, and so the expansion of the business conducted study, which consolidate and expand the bulk supply, development, and major strategic partnership between the customer has played an important role.
