Applied Research On We Chat For Internal Communication Within Enterprise

21st century is the age of the Internet. Along with the rise and accelerate of the popularity of smart phones, We chat has become the APP with largest clicks on smart phones. As a mobile communications hotspot, the appearance of We chat slightly changed the original letter of social networking and communication patterns. It affects people’s social means. With various advantages, We chat has been applied for business management as an internal communication channel. Enterprise communication is an important part of enterprise management, while internal communication has been always focused by managers as a crucial link for decisions. Communication efficiency has great influence on inner competitiveness and cohesion. With the popularization of We chat, more and more enterprises apply it for internal management so as to establish internal communication network, realize smooth information transmission and sharing. Therefore, research on the function of We chat during internal corporate communication is significant to perfect We chat and enrich internal communication channels.From the perspective of organization communication, the thesis sets internal corporate communication as research framework and service condition of We chat during enterprise communication as research content. Through a case study of Huomei Yicheng Energy Co., Ltd, the thesis mainly conducts below research by participatory observation and in-depth interview. Firstly, current application situation of We chat during internal corporate communication, establishing situation of We chat group and functions of each We chat group are elaborated in details. Secondly, various advantages of We chat are presented to have a better understanding about the reasons and intentions of using We chat for communication. Thirdly, based on We chat itself and actual situation of enterprise, existing problems of using We chat for communication are stated. Fourthly, aiming at existing problems, effective solutions are put forward from aspects of enterprise and We chat design, so that We chat can serve enterprises better and make contributions for internal corporate communication.
