In the fierce competition in the market and the development of economy, the talent of the most potential, he brings the enterprise huge benefits, and make its development, talent development is the inevitable result of economic tide push. How should the enterprise need talent into the enterprise service for the enterprise, and enterprise need to key research topic. Human resource development to must be attention must perform, compensation management, as a human resource management cannot little part of six modules, has a pivotal position. Compensation management in material use salary, allowances, bonus, welfare, such as rewards to motivate employees, used in mental work challenging, diversity motivate employees, make the staff work in rich sense of responsibility, recognition, get achievement, learning new skills, and increase the chance of personal career prospects such as compensation, so as to complete the whole process of compensation management to motivate employees. Employees under the compensation management system, not only get the work itself, the joys and sorrows of the monthly wage income, has a chance to reflect ego value and then get the status and reputation. Compensation management strategy of the human resource strategy, human resource strategy of the enterprise development strategy, enterprise want to rapid and healthy development, will have to make compensation management. General salary management in small firms, is simply pay, insurance, "movement" will not full up with pay management.Gansu Qidian Trading Co.,Ltd currently USES a post wage grade, each position fixed salary, but increased with the increase of business and staff, the pay system already cannot satisfy the needs of employees, more than a motivating employees.
