Focus on poverty-stricken contiguous destitute areas is the main battlefield of national poverty alleviation,with the national poverty alleviation work in depth,tourism poverty alleviation rising.In this context,the development of the tourism industry,which has been concentrated in the poverty-stricken contiguous destitute areas,has increased,and the pressure on the tourism and transport system has been increasing.The development of tourism has put forward higher requirements for the level of tourism traffic accessibility,the degree of network connectivity,and the level of coupling between the two.Therefore,in order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand arising from tourism traffic in the context of tourism poverty alleviation,to enhance the accessibility of tourism traffic in poverty-stricken contiguous destitute areas,to improve the coupling and coordination relationship between tourism development level and tourism accessibility,This paper analyzes the degree of tourism accessibility in the area,evaluates the development level of the tourism industry and obtains the coupling relationship between the two areas,and provides the countermeasures for the regional tourism traffic network optimization and the development of the tourist routes.A Guide to Poverty Alleviation in poverty-stricken contiguous destitute areas.This paper mainly from the following aspects of research.First,select 56 poor counties in mountains border regions of western Yunnan as samples,Select the per capita GDP,per capita public property income,farmers per capita net income three indicators,Analysis on the Current Situation of Poverty in mountains border regions of western Yunnan.Then select 17 indicators from the economy,transport,tourism and social security in four dimensions,models are constructed to measure the multi-dimension poverty intensity based on factor analysis and entropy-weight,The results show that the influence degree of economic development factor and transportation development factor for poverty intensity is close in mountains border regions of western Yunnan.In the overall space,poverty intensity indicates from center to periphery diffusion model,presenting the special feature of the south higher than the north,the margin zone higher than the center area.The degree of compound poverty is spatially distributed,and the counties with poor poverty have obvious advantages of geographical location and industrial resources.The counties with low poverty are located in the southern fringe of the study area,and the lowest Zhenkang poverty index is-1.0687.The economic development of the counties(districts)is not high,the advantages of resources are lacking,and foreign exchange inconvenient.Secondly,in order to reflect the tourism accessibility level and its network layout in mountains border regions of western Yunnan,select 135 A-class and above tourist attractions as the sample,and introduce the concept of regional tourism traffic accessibility index,The relationship between the urban area relationship,the degree of connectivity in the area and the accessibility of the area,and the tourism accessibility of the tourist area in mountains border regions of western Yunnan is analyzed from the attractions and the city level.And then through the collection of major travel agencies and other tourist routes,the introduction of the degree of center and the importance of the concept of the use of social network analysis,access to regional tourism space structure.The results show that the overall tourist accessibility level in the mountains border regions of western Yunnan is low,and the average of the reachability index is 4.816,58%of the average below the average.The difference is 5.467,the standard deviation is 3.243,the reachability of uneven distribution is more obvious,the main reason is f1,f2 there is a big difference.From the spatial pattern,the formation of the Dali,ChuXiong,Red River as the center of the tourism traffic advantage belt,and gradually reduced to the periphery,the advantages of regional tourism accessibility index is 1.47 times the overall average.At the same time,it can be seen from the tourism space network that the overall network connection is not close,the nodes are relatively independent,and the ring tourism space structure is not formed.Dali and LiJiang are the most important tourist nodes in the region.Then,in order to analyze the relationship between tourism development level and tourism accessibility in mountains border regions of western Yunnan,the paper analyzes the development level of tourism in mountains border regions of western Yunnan based on factor analysis,constructs the model of coupling coordination degree,and further understand the development level of tourism in the region Tourism transport accessibility of the coupling coordination mechanism to analyze the level of tourism development in the region and tourism traffic accessibility development pattern for the mountains border regions of western Yunnan tourism to provide theoretical guidance.The results show that the accessibility of tourism traffic in the mountains border regions of western Yunnan is positively correlated with the degree of compound poverty.But the spatial coupling synergy is uneven and the regional differences are significant.Most states show the spatial characteristics of "low tourism development level,low reachability and high coupling degree",and the support of tourism traffic accessibility is supported by poverty alleviation policy The role of obvious.The cities with good coupling and coordination are mainly distributed in the center and the periphery of the region,which is consistent with the spatial distribution of tourism network.Coupled coordination level is not high in the state,there is the level of tourism development and transport infrastructure does not match the characteristics.In the process of tourism poverty alleviation,XiShuangbanna should focus on improving the accessibility of tourism traffic.The HongHe Prefecture should pay attention to the development of tourism from the aspects of tourism promotion and tourism,and the NuJiang River is facing a more severe form.Fully improve the same time,but also to increase its link in the overall tourism network role.Finally,the SWOT analysis of tourism poverty alleviation in mountains border regions of western Yunnan is made,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the process of tourism poverty alleviation are obtained.Combined with the coupling result of tourism development level and tourism traffic accessibility level,Transportation network optimization and the development of tourism routes to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the concentration of contiguous areas to enhance the accessibility of tourism,tourism poverty alleviation for the further development of rationalization proposals.
