Under The Framework Of ECFA Research On Resource Integration Of Textile And Clothing Industry For Foreign Trade In Fujian

"’Chen Jianghui" signed "cross-strait economic cooperation framework agreement" (ECFA) formally in Chongqing on June 29,2010. The agreement began to put into effect the service trade in goods, early harvest program in 6 months, put into effect zero tariffs for early harvest program in 3 steps in not more than 2 years. There are 136 species into the mainland market import tax rate of 0 and the mainland has 22 to enter the Taiwan customs for 0, it related to foreign trade of textile and clothing industry products in Taiwan 2013.Now the agreement comes into effect for two years, I choose the topic to research about foreign trade clothing business combine my practice in this paper. This paper firstly analyzes the advantage, the status, problems and difficulties of the foreign trade of textile and clothing industry on both sides of the Taiwan Straits in ECFA, and try to analyzes and find the causes of the problems from Fujian foreign trade of textile and clothing industry from the point of view of value chain, management mode, human resources etc.. Secondly, from the analysis of the Fujian foreign trade of textile and clothing industry resources constitution, we discusses the resource integration of Fujian foreign trade of textile and garment industry from raw material resources, human resources, information resources, design resources, logistics resources, marketing resources under the framework of ECFA on both sides of the resource sharing complementary cross-strait trade of textile and clothing industry on the base of the feasible mode of resource integration.This paper thinks that we not only promote the cooperation across the Taiwan Strait trade of textile and garment industry but also to build a good platform for the industry of cross-strait cooperation deepening, more globally to strengthen international cooperation. With the development of global economy, the further integration of regional economy, the interaction of cross-strait trade of textile and clothing industry is increasingly deepening. In the smooth construction of the economic cooperation framework agreement with the characteristics of both sides, through the full understanding of cross-strait trade clothing industry development status and problems and protocol brings the potential for cooperation, and to predict the possible problems, provide improved thoughtful perfect then can develop cross-Straits trade of textile and garment industry and trade policy. Therefore, the paper finally puts forward some suggestions to strengthen cross-strait trade of textile and clothing industry cooperation under the framework of ECFA from the government, industry and enterprise levels.
