Research On The Construction Mode Of Rural Infrastructure Based On The Theory On Integration

The eighteenth congress put forward that we must begin from rural production and living conditions for comprehensive improvement, for the new rural construction. Rural infrastructure construction plays a vital role in the rural economic development and farmers’ production and living. This article is based on the problems of rural infrastructure, reference to urban infrastructure construction and rural infrastructure construction experience at home and abroad, and combined with the characteristics of China’s 800 million rural population scattered, low income, and based on the theory on integrated research on rural infrastructure construction pattern, aims to solve the issues such as rural infrastructure planning, investment and financing, construction and management. It is helpful to enrich the theory of the rural infrastructure construction, and also can better guide the practice of the rural infrastructure construction.This paper will use knowledge of integrated management, and adopt literature research, statistical analysis, field survey method to carry out the research from four stages (planning, investment, construction, management) around the rural infrastructure construction. The text has six chapters altogether. The first chapter is introduction. It includes the background of the selected topic, related research at home and abroad, the research’s theoretical and practical significance, and it also introduced the research goal, method, technical route, content, etc. The second chapter is investigation on the current situation in rural infrastructure and analysis of existing problems. It defined the concept of rural infrastructure, specified the characteristics of rural infrastructure, described the current situation of rural infrastructure by taking Quanzhou rural for example, thus, deeply analyzed the problems existed in the rural infrastructure construction from the construction of the early, middle and late. The third chapter is integrated management modes of the construction of rural infrastructure. Respectively, this paper expounds the necessity of constructing integrated management mode, the mode of concrete building and instructions on the model. The fourth chapter is the implementation of rural infrastructure integration management mode. The embodiment mode has been described, according to the investigation and analysis of surface data, elaborate obstacles may be encountered during the implementation of the mode, and put forward relevant countermeasures. The fifth chapter, the rural infrastructure construction integration management mode application case study-take Quanzhou villages for example. Thus the paper analyzes summary based on the actual situation of the rural infrastructure construction of Quanzhou. The sixth chapter is summary and research prospects.
