Fire protection industry, is a key component of the national economy and social development, and its importance is obvious. With national attention on the fire industry, the development of the fire industry has been favorable policy support. With the rapid development of China’s economy, fire safety situation is becoming increasingly serious. With the advancement of our society, fire-fighting demand gradually shift from passive to active demand. Fire science and technology development in China started relatively late, the development of fire-fighting equipment is significantly behind the world’s advanced level, it is difficult to adapt to the new situation of China’s modernization, fire companies faced with external and internal crises and challenges.VITALON company is a private enterprise, engaged in fire-fighting equipment design, manufacture, installation, maintenance and fire protection engineering, was established in 2000. The company’s aim is "Service to the fire protection & responsible for the social". During the over ten years’development, VITALON is not only the manufacturer but also the professional fire extinction solutions servicer, gradually formed its own core competitiveness, companies have been expanding, is in a period of rapid development. However, the inadequacy of corporation’s financial position, management system, executive power, information and other aspects, resulting in no form a production scale, product profitability is not strong, the development rate decline. Author attempts to analyze the business development strategy, promoting the company to fully utilize its advantages, seize market opportunities, avoid market risks, to achieve corporate vision.The paper’s example is VITALONG company, combining the characteristics and trends of the fire industry, adopt the method of macro and micro, qualitative and quantitative methods and empirical analysis, analyze the advantages and disadvantages demonstrated by Corporate resources and capabilities, assess the outside risks and opportunities, and clarifies the survival situation, business direction and development strategies of enterprises in a competitive environment. Finally, developed a corporate alternative strategic options and operational strategies.In this paper, adopted the theory of corporate strategy, such as:PEST analysis, the external environment evaluation matrix (EFE),the internal environment evaluation matrix (EFE), SWOT analysis model, and so on. Through analysis, VITALONG should be taken competitive differentiation strategy, and select growth-oriented development strategy, so that enterprises in the existing strategic basis and goals to a higher development. Finally, the paper discusses VITALONG development strategy implemented the specific measures, strategies and control, Raised:through sound corporate structure, build human resource management system, strengthen basic management, build a diversified management and control model,establish an information management system, exert the efficiency of corporate culture, and so on, to ensure the effective implementation of its development strategy.
