As China’s reform of employment system and labor market development is mature, the market transition of labor relations are gradually completed. Lanzhou power supply company born out of our original state-owned enterprise management mode, an inheritedform in the past planned economy era state-owned employment forms, again on the other hand actively toward the labor relations in the direction of the market. Accompanied by thelabor form further diversification, thus building a harmonious labor relations become urgentproblems in front of Lanzhou power supply company. This paper takes the practice of Lanzhou power supply company labor relationship management as the research object, based on the basic theory of labor relations, follow the "research ideas put forward questions, analyzing problems and solving problems"problem oriented research method, literature research method, interview method,questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method and other specific, in-depth analysisthe existence of Lanzhou power supply company in the management of labor relations inthe problem, and by reason of the phenomenon, find the problem an antidote against the disease, study and formulate measures to improve management of labor relations.
