In recent years, Lean Management Systems have been implemented by most of domestic and foreign enterprises.Lean improvement activites as key part of lean management system are emphasized.however the following questions have not been focused on during practicing Lean Improvement events, such as what kind of mentality from employees put into Improvement events and how to measure and solidify the Improvement benefits. Which result in that same wrong things repeat and same Improvement events have to be done again and again.The article takes analysising Lean Improvement events in C company as research object, firstly brings historical and present situation for most of domestic and foreign enterprises and especially presents situation of C company implementing Eourpean and American different Lean management systems. Elaborates the issues during C company carried out Lean Improvement events and analysises the causes of the issues. And then introduces Crosby Zero Defect (ZD) theory as theoreticial basis of Lean Improvement events, do right thing right fist time and take any work as a process with prevent action, standard of work is Zero Defect and build up financial plateform of cost of quality to record and analysis the price of non-conformance, using Lean Improvement events to reduce cost of quality and eliminate the wastes and also record the benift of Lean Improvement events into cost of quality plateform.Based on Crosby ZD theory Lean Improvement events not only furnishs a theooreticial basis but also a finicial appraise plaetform so as to solve the problem of not earning long term benefits from Lean Management many enterprises facing.
