This paper focuses on the issue of human resources management of G Power Supply Company from the perspective of HR risks control. G Company faces some human resources risks such as the low utilization efficiency of human resources, the high risks of employing staff, and difficulty in guaranteeing the rights and interests of rural electricians, which differs greatly from the common human resources risk management. Therefore, the study is of special research value. Based on the theories about HR risk management and the current HR management status of G Company, this paper analyzes the employment demands of Z Power Supply Company and questionnaires of HR risk identification are conducted to the staff of G company through the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method, and the summarizing method. Then, the research results are analyzed by using SPSS to test its reliability, validity, variance, and regression so that major factors reducing employee satisfaction can be removed. Meanwhile, the co-relationship between employee satisfaction and HR risks can be identified, i.e., the HR risks of G Company mainly concern salary incentive risks,achievement risks,demission risks,risks of career development risks and so on. To remove HR management risks from eight aspects, theories related to risk management are used to find out the corresponding solutions to prevent risks, reduce risks, transfer risks and undertake risks for the HR management of G Company.The results of the study not only help to improve the work enthusiasm, the satisfaction, salary and welfares of employees but also solve the problem of the same work with different pays. Besides, the study is of significance in reducing the HR management risks of G Company and optimizing the current HR management status of the county-level power supply system. Because the successful case elaboration provides reference for the HR management of the county-level power supply company, the result of the study and its application can not only guarantee rights and interests of rural electricians from the source but also increase the salary level and group quality of rural electricians. Through the study, a harmonious win-win situation can be created between employers and employees.
