With the continuous deepening of the power system, power generation enterprise competition is becoming increasingly fierce. From the view of development,the human resources management determines the level of power enterprise core competitiveness raising standards. Human resources services, as a human resources management concept guiding ideology, objectives, and the pursuit of value orientation is determined by the level of corporate human resources management improvement prerequisite. Human resource services concept, training and upgrading of power enterprise core competitive advantage is of great significance. In power generation enterprise restructuring and the transition process, its human resources management would inevitably lead to human resources management concept, functions, activities of a series of changes, as a human resources management theory and practice an important part of the guiding principles and values of the service concept and the need for further strengthening mold, and its business development objectives and management data.
