With the continuous progress of economy and the development of science and technology,the construction of smart grid in our country is developing rapidly.In the process of system construction,it is very important to build relevant human resources management,although the construction of power grid enterprises in our country began at the end of the century.At the same time,new reforms have begun in recent years,but the process of reform is very long,and there are still many incomplete situations in the reform.With the continuous progress and development of the market,the development of market economy in China will require more intensive market-oriented reforms,which requires power grid enterprises to establish a whole system with it.Adapt to the human resources management model,customer service old ideas,the use of advanced human resources management methods,strengthen the management of human resources,enhance human resources management methods,enhance the enthusiasm of employees,promote the progress and development of enterprises.The A-grid enterprise mentioned in this paper is a monopolistic state-owned enterprise,and there is not much research on the human resources management of the electric power enterprise at the selected stage.In this paper,the traditional ideas of raising questions,analyzing problems and solving problems are adopted for the human resources management of the A-grid enterprise.Through combing the relevant literature,a certain theoretical basis is established.The current situation of human resource management in A power grid enterprise is fully investigated,and the existing problems of human resource management in A power grid enterprise are found out.The relevant assessment system has been redesigned for A power grid enterprise,and the safeguard measures have been put forward.In this paper,the author mainly optimizes the design of human resources management for A power grid enterprise.In the optimization strategy,the author mainly focuses on the following points.Firstly,optimize theorganizational structure of the enterprise,improve the forecast of human resources demand,and carry out relevant human resources post analysis.For the optimization of recruitment and assessment indicators,strengthening salary management and helping employees to plan their careers,the author's research is sure to have many omissions and can't be perfect through some auxiliary roles in the concept of human resources management,the construction of information technology and the construction of enterprise culture.But the author also hopes that these studies can provide useful suggestions for the development of human resource management in A power grid enterprises.
