The Research On Tourism Land Classification And Its Spatial Structure Change In Wulingyuan District Of Zhangjiajie

With the booming development of tourism in recent years, the demand for land is becoming more and more, and also the scope of the land used for tourism is gradually expanding. Due to the division of the national land classification system, tourism land in recent years can’t satisfy the rapid development of tourism industry. And the unclear classification of the land also leads to the contradiction between land use planning and general land use planning of tourism, as well as the urban overall planning. Therefore, combining with the actual situation of regional of relative science of tourism land classification, the new classification system and the present situation of land use classification system should link up together, which is the important content to solve the problems of the management of the land used for tourism. At the same time, the tourism land classification plays important roles in perfecting tourism model of urban land, urban planning and tourism planning, which can also avoid low-level redundant construction, and optimize the industrial structure.Based on present situation chart of land utilization in wulingyuan district(2002- 2012), cadastral map of wulingyuan district(1992, 1997, 2002, 2007, 2012), Google earth high-definition images, household survey, statistical yearbook in zhangjiajie statistical and yearbook in hunan province, It establishes databases of spatial database and social economy. Respectively, tourism spatial structure of land use changes---tourism land for housing, tourism, catering, shopping, entertainment are analyzed, and analyze the main causes of tourism land use changes. The main research content is as follows:On national land classification system of tourism land classification problems, on the basis of the natural attribute and combining tourism land use way, land use, operation characteristics and management features, on the basis of such factors, a new tourism land classification system should be set up. At first, this paper mainly divides tourism land into special tourism land and composite use of tourism land. Special tourism land can be divided into lands for natural sightseeing, cultural sightseeing, tourism service facilities, land for tourism traffic and tourism management, etc. composite use of tourism land can be divided into lands for tourism accommodation, tourism, catering, tourism land for shopping and entertainment. Because natural land for sightseeing and cultural sightseeing change little in zhangjiajie, the increasing commercial land mainly caused by the increased tourists. Therefore, the change of the land for other travel does not be take into consideration.Introducing the tourism land use dynamic degree, the intensity of land use change, the covering rate of the land used for tourism and the function of tourism land use to analyze the types of land use change data of space and time.Using SPSS18.0 software to analyze all kinds of land use and the selection of index system of economy, and stepwise regression analysis to extract significantly related indicators, analyzing the factors that cause the changes of the tourism land. Results show that the tourism accommodation is the main factors of land expansion of population increase, economic growth and improvement of living standards of residents; Tourism catering land expansion is driven by reception tourist population in the study area; Mainly by wulingyuan tourist shopping sprawl reception tourist population and the increase of the number of local residents, economic growth, improvement of living standards and the result of the construction of investment combination; Mainly by the wulingyuan tourist entertainment sprawl reception tourist population, the influence of the construction investment.
