Contribution Of Tourism Industry To Poverty Alleviation In Wulingyuan District Of Zhangjiajie

Poverty and anti-poverty are important topics in development research,and China is no exception.In 2013,when Xi Jinping investigated in Xiangxi,Hunan,he first put forward "precision poverty alleviation",and China's poverty alleviation and development mode entered a new stage.The distribution of tourism resources and impoverished population in poor areas of China is overlapped,which is the premise of poverty alleviation in poor areas.Whether the tourism industry can become the best way to help the poor areas out of poverty is an important research topic.Relying on the rapid development of tourism,Wulingyuan District in Zhangjiajie became one of the counties in Hunan province that took the lead in poverty alleviation in 2017.Taking Wulingyuan District of Zhangjiajie as an object,this paper studies the contribution of tourism development to poverty alleviation,and explores the path of tourism poverty alleviation in poor areas.GIS analysis was used to study the spatial distribution of the poor villages in Wulingyuan District of Zhangjiajie from the perspective of spatial geography,and the statistical data of the Poverty Alleviation Office in Wulingyuan District in 2016 were analyzed by SPSS22.0 software,and the contribution of tourism to poverty alleviation in Wulingyuan district and the poor people was studied from the micro angle.Combined with the statistical yearbook of Wulingyuan District,the grey correlation analysis method is used to study the economic contribution,social and cultural contribution and ecological contribution of tourism to Wulingyuan district.The results are as follows:The number of poor villages in the Wulingyuan district is increasing with the distance from the core area and the township(town)government;most of the poor villages are distributed along the 1 km of the main traffic main road in the scenic area;the poor villages have obvious characteristics in the weak economic areas,and the gathering characteristics in the economically better areas are not obvious;the tourism industry in the Wulingyuan district is the same.The effect of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation is very significant;the total tourism income of Wulingyuan district has a positive impact on the gross income of Wulingyuan district and the income gap between urban and rural areas,and the correlation between tourism and the first,second,third industry is higher in Wulingyuan district.The Wulingyuan District,Zhangjiajie,which is in the period of poverty reduction and consolidation,puts forward some suggestions: the precise force,the integration of the tourism industry,the development of the tourism industry,the poverty alleviation,the enhancement of the vitality of the "hematopoiesis",the strengthening of the employment training for the poor people,and the establishment of a good mechanism for the benefit of the poor people.The study will provide guidance for the poor areas with poor tourism and poor people,and at the same time,it has a demonstration significance for the poor villages around the famous scenic spots.
