Research On The Training System Improvement Of JHT Company’s Workshop Staff

The driving force of Enterprise development are talents, one of the main route of obtaining suitable talents is enterprise employee training, so the study on how to do a good job in enterprise training has a fundamental meaning. For manufacturing enterprises, the training of skilled workers is crucially important, because skilled workers are those who direct contacting production, so their level of skill has a direct influence on the production quality and cost.This paper chooses a typical machinery manufacturing company JHT as the study object. At the end of 2013, JHT had done a series of staff satisfaction survey, during the training satisfaction survey, they found the satisfaction degree of the skilled workers about their individual development in the company were not very high, it got a certain gap between those training satisfaction results which they ever did after every training course. So the training department had done a research and analysis of it, and they thought the greatest problem was the low performance of training.This paper is based on practice, by means of analyzing the company’s skilled workers’ training situation, basing on the available training and skill training theories, this paper organized and sorted out the training form, internal coaches team building, training assessment methods and so on, those which influent the training effect of the JHT company. Though a package of optimization suggestions they hope to combine the employee training with their individual promotion channel, then to increase skilled workers’ enthusiasm to training, to improve training efficiency, and to realize a win-win situation for both the employees and the company.
