With rapid development of the hotel industry, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce among it In recent years,. How to optimize the hotel’s service and management, create good condition and organizational climate in hotels, and share knowledge conveniently and effectively among employees, which are very necessary. This article will study the influence of organizational climate to knowledge sharing of hotels, and then to optimize management service, enhance core competitiveness, and promote the development of hotel industry.Basing on hotels of Changsha, with data analysis and principal component analysis, this study detects and confirms the main dimensions of organizational atmosphere of these hotels, and verifies the reliability and validity of the scale. This article also deeply discusses the impact of organizational climate on staff’s knowledge sharing, combined with variance analysis, difference comparison analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. On the basis of empirical analysis, the article verifies the hypotheses, revises the model of assumptions, and finally concludes that:(1) The impact of organizational climate on knowledge sharing are positively different, because of demographic characteristics of hotel employees.(2)The significance between hotel’s organizational climate and employee knowledge sharing is obvious;(3)Different atmosphere impacts differently on the sharing behaviors among employees. The more favorable the organizational climate is, the more likely to form knowledge sharing and collaboration behavior.The research finds that hotel organizational climate is the effective predictor of knowledge sharing behavior, and differently impacts on it. Therefore, it should start from organizational atmosphere inside to increase the effects of inner knowledge sharing.Then, the article points out the study’s innovation, deficiencies and prospects, as well as the direction for further research. Finally, according to the conclusion, it proposes some effective measures of enhancing knowledge sharing among hotel employees, then to promote the better development of hotel industry.
