Research On The Policy Issues Of Anhui Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Industry

Intelligent manufacturing equipment industry is an important part of the national strategic emerging industry development, and is the most important force which leads and promotes the manufacturing industry to high-end development. In recent years, our country kept up with the pace of the world developed countries. It attached great importance to the development of intelligent manufacturing equipment industry, focused on strengthening the policy guidance and the role of promote. Anhui province introduced a series of policies such as the direction of policy, and promotion policy, and the supporting enterprise policy. The policy guided the various favorable factors to flow the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry, and powerfully sped up the industrial development, the enterprise growth and industrial base, especially promoted a batch of technology at the leading level in the whole country. But from the development of industry, there were some prominent problems in the policy of intelligent manufacturing equipment industry of Anhui province, both aspects of design policy and policy implementation problems. In the design of policy, the main industry of strategic positioning and focusing degree was not high as a whole, to adapt to the specific and refinement of policy innovation, personalized needs much more policy support was not enough etc. In the implementation of the policy, including policy publicity and awareness was not in place, some policies were not obvious to the effect of interest, and the sustainability of policy implementation was not strong and other issues. In this regard, we adhere to the problem oriented, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on two aspects. Policy design, we propose the development of intelligent manufacturing equipment industry as a strategic task to grasp the adjustment of industrial structure, and innovate financial and taxation, elements of security and other policy measures, which closing to the industry personal needs. We should pay attention to fine, list and the process of management, and accelerate the establishment of a scientific guide, promote, support, innovation and high security and strong specifically, intelligent manufacturing equipment industry development policy system.
