Since the implementation of China’s "going out" strategy, the steps of internationalization activities of Chinese enterprises speed up significantly, and have gradually become a new, powerful force in transnational business areas. Under the background of economic globalization and the rapid development of China’s economy, many Chinese enterprises have to go abroad, and implement their international business strategy actively. Today the external living environment of the enterprise changes too fast, the paradigm of balanced and predictable strategic management began to be replaced by non-equilibrium and uncertainty. Globalization, information technology, network sparked have not only accelerated technological innovation, but also led to the turbulence of market’s environment and the generation of risks. In the process of enterprise internationalization strategy implementation, unexpected events may occur at any time, so companies have to respond to strategic risk better.At present, the theoretical research methods about corporate strategic risk is mainly draw on research methods in the field of financial risk, the object of study is mainly single risk associated with the strategy, however, they did not put the strategic risk research of enterprise as a whole.Firstly, under the globalization background, this paper elaborates on the history and current situation of internationalization of China’s enterprise. Based on the analysis of the status quo of risk management of China’s enterprise, the author find out the existing problems and the urgency of the construction of standardized strategic risk management process. After that, through the literature review of international theory and risk management theory, the author has a more deeply understanding of the process of internationalization and laid the theoretical foundation on the aspects of extracting the risk factors and the evaluated methods of strategic risk. Then, after combined the two theories and further mining of the literature through the review of the papers about the strategic risk management of internationalization, this paper defines the types of strategic risk in the process of internationalization of China’s enterprise and presents a model of evaluating the factors of the process.This paper chooses fuzzy AHP as the primary tool after the analysis of mathematical method which is applicable to the models that the method would be explained with ensamples. Finally, through the analysis of the specific cases— Huawei, this paper indicates the specific processes and methods of strategic risk management in the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprises.This paper tries to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance to Chinese enterprises which is implementing or preparing to implement the international strategy,and helps Chinese enterprises detect the main risks earlier in the process of internationalization and take measures, be succeed in the international market competition finally.Due to the limited personal knowledge, the research of this paper in many ways is far from profound and comprehensive; it remains to be further in-depth study.
