A Study On Strategic Risk Assessment Of Listed Companies Of Jiangxi Province

With the progress of science, technology and global economic integration accelerates, it makes the external management environment of enterprises becoming more complex, the competition between enterprises is fierce. Associated with environmental change and the change of its own resources, strategic risk has become a problem which every enterprise has to face, they can’t avoid it. Enterprises to the changing environment and the competition for survival and development, how to control and reduce strategic risk also become a problem which every enterprise need to think about. Entered a new era, the enterprise how to carry out strategic risk management, how to obtain a new competitive advantage, is that all companies need to think seriously about the problem, listed companies of Jiangxi province is no exception.In this paper, we study the issues of strategic risk evaluation of listed companies in Jiangxi province, first by collecting financial data of listed companies of Jiangxi province, combined with financial data and knowledge to build strategic risk assessment index system, and through the factor analysis method to evaluate strategic risk of listed companies of Jiangxi, and influencing factors is obtained. Then by using correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the strategic risk factors of listed companies of Jiangxi province, finally put forward the strategy of risk control policy of listed companies of Jiangxi, summarized and prospected.The first chapter is the introduction part. This study introduces the research-background and research significance, the research including the theoretical and practical significance, and then adopted in the main research methods and research content are expounded, and finally introduces the innovation point in the process of this research and the deficiencies in the study. In the second chapter is theory review, the first is the domestic and foreign scholars about strategic risk research in the field of literature review, including the concept of strategic risk, the assessment method, influencing factors and its control system, then the listed company’s strategic risk related theory to analyze and research results, summed up the strategic risk research and analysis of present situation and deficiency, finally carries on the review. Theoretical part mainly expounds the strategic risk elements and forming process. The third chapter first introduces the basic information of listed companies of Jiangxi province, and then evaluates strategic risk of listed companies of Jiangxi province. This section mainly uses the factor analysis method to quantify the strategic risk of listed companies of Jiangxi province. The fourth chapter is the influence factors of strategic risk analysis of listed companies of Jiangxi province, mainly through correlation analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis to study the profit ability, debt paying ability and asset management capabilities and the relationship between the strategic risk. The fifth chapter is on the listed companies of Jiangxi province strategy based on the analysis of the risk assessment and its influencing factors, puts forward policy suggestions on strategic risk control of listed companies of Jiangxi. Based on analyzing the influential factors of strategic risk of listed companies of Jiangxi province, respectively from the listed company of Jiangxi profit ability, debt paying ability, asset management, power factor and other strategic risk control policy to put forward policy suggestions accordingly; The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect. Mainly on the research of the thesis is summarized, and put forward the possible research direction in the future.Through the collection of financial data of listed companies of Jiangxi province using the factor analysis method, to extract the profitability, solvency and asset management capabilities, the three common factor, and it is concluded that the overall level of the strategic risk of listed companies of Jiangxi province is higher. Value is different, according to the strategic risk assessment can be divided into three types of corporation, the first kind of corporate strategy risk is minimum, the second times, third class company strategic risk is the largest. Through the strategic risk factors of listed companies of Jiangxi province, namely, profitability, solvency and asset management capabilities using correlation analysis, profitability, solvency, and asset management capabilities are low related, profitability and solvency and strategic risk was significantly positively related to respectively, no significant correlation between asset management capabilities and strategic risk, are low. Using regression analysis to get at the same time, the three influence factors, the profit ability of strategic risk maximum (0.43), the influence of solvent times (0.38), minimum asset management capabilities (0.17). Strategic risk assessment results of listed companies of Jiangxi province, this paper accordingly from the profitability, solvency, asset management and other aspects put forward the strategy of risk control policy. Based on the profitability of the strategy of risk control policy is cautious to invest, timely adjust profit model, and pays attention to non-material factors; Based on strategy of solvency risk control policy is to pay attention to the improvement of asset quality, scientific debt and optimize the capital structure and reasonable repayment plan; Asset management, based on the ability of strategic risk control policy is to strengthen asset management information construction and perfection of scrapping of fixed assets management system; Other strategic risk control policy is to establish a company strategic risk early warning mechanism, establishing the learning organization, and pay attention to the coordinated development of various abilities.Strategic risk assessment research, in this paper, the listed companies of Jiangxi province make strategic risk control provides a certain reference value, has great practical significance for listed companies of Jiangxi province.
