The Research On The Entrepreneurial Enterprise Dynamic Copetitiveness Of Jiangsu Province

As an effective carrier to create new value, entrepreneurial enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in modern economic life. The emergence of a large number of entrepreneurial enterprises have greatly eased our country’s employment pressure, boosted the steady growth of economy. However, in the growing process of entrepreneurial enterprises, as the external environment, business resources, technology, innovation and other factors are constantly changing, the ability to support enterprise development should also be constantly changing to adapt to environmental changes. Dynamic competitiveness is a comprehensive ability the enterprise trained to adapt to the changeable environment, if enterprises do not have a high dynamic competitiveness, it will be difficult for them to maintain long-term competitive advantage. Therefore, against the dynamic characteristic of competitiveness, this paper choosing entrepreneurial enterprises as research body, the purpose is identifying the main influencing factors of the entrepreneurial enterprise dynamic competitiveness through theoretical analysis, and by conducting empirical evaluation of entrepreneurial enterprises in Jiangsu, this study is designed to provide a reference for formulating strategies of entrepreneurial enterprises to enhance dynamic competitiveness.This paper firstly described the research background of entrepreneurial enterprise dynamic competitiveness, discussed the importance of promoting the dynamic competitiveness of entrepreneurial enterprise and the significance of this study. Then, the author reviewed the related studies of enterprise competitiveness, dynamic competitiveness and entrepreneurial enterprises brought up by scholars at home and abroad, laid the theoretical foundation for this paper. Secondly, defined the concept of entrepreneurial enterprise dynamic competitiveness, and interpreted its factors from the environment, resources, and innovation these three aspects. Thirdly, on the basis of previous theoretical research, the author constructed the evaluation index system for entrepreneurial enterprise dynamic competitiveness which should be evaluated in five aspects as environment recognition capability, resource allocation and integration capabilities, technology and management innovation capability, enterprise existence capability and enterprise growth capability. And then, the author chose dynamic set pair identical degree analysis to evaluate the entrepreneurial enterprise dynamic competitiveness of Jiangsu and compared its evaluation results with Zhejiang, it came out that the entrepreneurial enterprise dynamic competitiveness of Jiangsu is better than Zhejiang but the overall level is weak. Finally, according to the results, the author proposed specific promotion approach of the entrepreneurial enterprise dynamic competitiveness of Jiangsu.
