Research On The Land Transaction Of Modern Agricultural Park In Hebei Province

Therefore, the process of the province along with the construction of modern agriculture, and construction of the park in a hard look at the issue of land transfer aspect is extremely important.In this paper, a combination of qualitative analysis and case analysis is used to analyze the land transfer in the modern agricultural park in Hebei province. On the basis of studying the related concepts and theories of land transfer, with the multi- transfer mode, the marketization of the circulation, the standardization of circulation, the scale of circulation and the price of the turnover, the status quo of the circulation of the modern agricultural park in Hebei Province, to explore the problems of the land transfer in the modern agricultural park in Hebei Province. After studying the land transfer in the modern agricultural park in Hebei province for a detailed study, combined with the white bridge projects in Cangxi County, Sichuan Province modern agricultural demonstration garden,, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, Yangling modern agricultural science and technology demonstration park and Jiangsu Province Nanjing Gaochun district agricultural park the three domestic modern agricultural park land a successful transfer case, and summarize its practical experience. Put forward six countermeasures and suggestions that perfect rural social security system, promote the reform of rural land property rights, improve the farmers of the land circulation understanding, innovation and development of rural finance, in the standard land circulation intermediary organizations, establish effective supervision mechanism. Based on the theory and reality, this paper discusses the current situation and problems of the land transfer in the modern agricultural park in Hebei province, to analyze the reasons and propose the countermeasures.
