Analysis On The Mode Of Realizing Moderate Scale Operation Of Agriculture In Hunan Province

Developing moderately scaled agricultural operations is one of the necessary conditions for China to promote modern agriculture in China.with the rapid economic development of our country,the original mode of operation of small-scale farmers in our country has not kept pace with the development of productive forces.Especially after my country joined the World Trade Organization,agriculture has become one of the industries with the greatest impact,internationally,China's market competitiveness and market share of agricultural products are all at a disadvantage.Therefore,it is very necessary for China to change the traditional small-scale business model of the family and increase the output rate and competitiveness of China's agricultural products to meet the needs of the society and the development of the economy.In order to solve this dilemma,China must accelerate the development of a modest scale of agricultural operations.Based on the analysis of the mode of agricultural moderate scale operation in Hunan Province,this paper finds that Hunan Province has a series of problems in advancing the moderate scale operation of land concentration agriculture: the price of land transfer is gradually high,the development of small farmers is difficult,and the transfer and placement of rural labor is difficult,etc.Therefore,it is not enough for Hunan Province to rely on a form of land concentration to develop a moderately scaled operation.It is also necessary to attach importance to the promotion of service-oriented scale operation and take the dual path of scale operation and service scale operation.Taking the moderate scale operation of service agriculture in Changsha County as a case,the advantages of the service scale operation form were analyzed.Based on the successful experiences of foreign countries,the feasible proposal for the development of a moderate scale operation of agriculture in Hunan Province was put forward: actively supporting different forms of moderate-scale operations,Crack the key issues in land circulation,establish a socialized service system for agriculture,and build a support and security system for appropriate agricultural operations.
