The prosperity and development of electronic commerce industry, derived from a large number of electric business practitioners and business of third party services. E-commerce third party services perplexing, officers found no standard, the majority of business service firms have become the labor-intensive enterprises, output per capitals extremely low, e-commerce sellers have no services security. Third party service-industry bottlenecks in the development of a direct impact on the development of electronic commerce industry.Therefore, how to use the external opportunities, overcome its weaknesses, give full play to their own advantages, to keep the lasting competitiveness of enterprises an important issue, upgrade the transformation of the pattern of e-commerce third party service enterprises has become the inevitable trend and urgent research.Under this background, I founder of the Hangzhou Kaisan E commerce Ltd as an example, analysis of the original enterprise labor-intensive service mode, and the use of 1P theory and SWOT analysis method to create "Art came" platform, hope can study and explore the effective model of e-commerce third party service type enterprise transformation and upgrading.In this paper, by systematic analysis to Kaisan E commerce Ltd in 2013 to Hangzhou part of the actual customer data and the internal and external environment, it points out the Hangzhou Kaisan electronic Business Company advantages and disadvantages, and comprehensive evaluation of its opportunities and challenges.In the marketing strategy, focus on the use of 1P theory to create the "art came" platform,advocated the past enterprise’s biggest labor cost is transferred to the third party personal labor, and let the third party personal workers get more interests, and to safeguard the interests of customers. To encourage companies to change from labor-intensive enterprises to technology Internet enterprise.In this paper, based on the development strategy, Hangzhou Kaisan electronic Business Company will no longer blindly pursue quantity of order and human resource of the enterprise scale, and will assess the situation, advanced technology, is committed to build efficient technology team and product team of R & D and third party service platform to create.
