With the fully social and economic developmet and improvement in China recently, The hotel industry is increasing, lower than the standard, standardization and dispersed to scale. At the same time, the transition process is also the start and development of the hotel management in China.. After the entry of WTO, the domestic hotel industry has become the first few enterprises engaged in global competition. Therefore, the domestic hotel management enterprises not only to face with local firms in the same business, there is a fair competition environment, competition and conflict of interest, but also had to contend with large international hotel management group in the market competition. Further prospects for the development of the hotel industry in China are therefore full of unforeseen trails in the current situation. However, fortunately, there are still some local enterprises are willing to challenge the strong overseas hotel management group and found them in direct competition with their position, although many of the shortcomings in the capital, experience, human resources and operations and mature international hotel management industry than China’s hotel internal management still exist.
