In the face of such opportunities X household co., LTD. entering China in 2003, listed in 2011. X household co. became China’s first listed in the chest. He conform to the trend of the environment and the development of the economy,and also successfully make itself the wardrobe industry leader. Although the X brand wardrobe has the unshakable status of the industry,business as the transformation of corporate strategy tries to change from the chest to the combination of the chest, shoe ark, the cabinet and so on. The related diversification strategy for the development of the company will bring new opportunities.Strategy evaluation is one of the links of strategic management As an important management module of enterprise management,strategic management plays a decisive role in the process of the development of the enterprise. For the selected indicators.weight through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) analysis. At first, through the Delphi method, we should ask an Expert to grade indexes. Then operate and process the the average of the ratings,with the aid of Expert Choice software, and analyze the data. Through the consistency check, we can be relatively the scientific nature of the data are obtained. Then, KPI corresponding coefficient is calculated.In the process of strategic evaluation of X company, through researching to the company layer, department layer, staff layer Chest of X company, corresponding existing value and target value of each index is got. By the weighting method to dimensionless processing of each index value, the index is made easy to calculate and compare. Through dimensionless processing evaluation value,as well as the corresponding index weight, the sum of the products of each index value and weight can be drawn. By comparing and evaluating the results,we can get the degree of strategy implementation of the three levels of company layer, department layer, staff layer.Through the results of comparative analysis, we can put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in the strategy implementation process of X company.
