A Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Investment Promotion About Suzhou Taihu National Tourism Vacation Zone

Since the reform and opening-up policy, the practice and experience of activating the local economy through investment promotion by local government have promoted the development of economy during certain historical phases effectively. During the past 20 years’ development, Suzhou Taihu National Tourism Vacation Zone as well implemented the investment promotion work actively, which has made certain achievement. But as the continuous completion and deep development of the socialist market economical system, many problems appeared during the investment promotion work. It puts off the impact of promoting and guiding the local economy of investment promotion work. This article firstly sorts related theoretical research results of both domestic and overseas. Then it concludes and reviews the investment promotion work in Suzhou Taihu National Tourism Vacation Zone of the past years. Meanwhile, based on the internal objective rule of investment promotion work, it obtains such problems as lack of investment resources, not prominent of advantage of leading industry, deficiency of supporting infrastructure facilities and low efficiency of investment promotion work. In the end, it analyses the causes of existing problems and specifically points out such strategies and measures as strengthening the integration of resources, bringing the industrial agglomeration effect into full play, advancing the infrastructure construction level, exploring updated approaches of market investment promotion and building the complete motivation and competition system. In order to provide some theoretical reference for the development of investment promotion work of Suzhou Taihu National Tourism Vacation zone.
