Take above as a research target, take headhunting market and the status of introducing search firm to M company as starting point, combine with McKinsey 7S theory, organizational behavior, evaluation index system and competency model as a theoretical basis, use behavioral event interview and half open questionnaire survey for collecting data and information, analyze and sum up the effective data in layers by grounded theory and Delphi method, define evaluation dimensions of search firm and give weight to different index according to the actual needs of M company, work out search firm assessment form and applied to the actual recruitment process of M company to build and improve the recruitment procedure of M company.
