| With China’s rapid economic development, the talent market has been booming development, making the competition between the executive search firm are increasing. Executive search firm as a third-party between the enterprise and talents must maintain good relations with the clients, like as the outsourcing human resources department about the client companies. The search firms not only provide the excellent talent resources, but also help the enterprises to complete the market talent information collection and the company’s talent development strategy formulation. However, there are many problems in cooperation with the client companies, this thesis take these problems as the research object, analyze the reasons and propose a highly efficient and harmonious cooperation strategy.This thesis consists of six parts. The first part states that the source of this thesis, sum up the research literature overview with the main contents and methods described; The second part analyzes the theoretical basis of the cooperation between executive search firm and client companies, provide theoretical support for the further study of this thesis; The third part analyzes the current development situation of the domestic executive search firm, described the problems about the domestic executive search firm; The fourth part states the cooperation problems between the domestic executive search firm and client enterprises, through share the process of executive search firm in cooperation with the client companies, analyze the cause of the problems; The fifth part is the core part of this thesis, the author put forward some cooperation strategies to solve these problems in this part; The sixth part is the concluding part of this thesis.Through this study, that the cooperation strategies of the executive search firm and client companies need to be change, they should establish a stable, efficient and harmonious cooperation model. Meanwhile, compared the cooperation strategy by the domestic executive search firm and the foreign executive search firm, get the corresponding countermeasures to the problem, the domestic executive search firm learn more experience from them, thereby enhancing the innovation capability and core competitiveness of the domestic executive search firm, through this thesis the author hope that can provide the guiding signification to the cooperation between the domestic executive search firm and client companies. |
