The competition among enterprises is the competition among personswith ability in the final analysis. It is key for enterprises success to recruit andselect qualified employees, which will make the enterprise predominant incompetition. Recruitment and selection of human resource is an important andbasic work in management and development of human resource. It plays avery important role in the reasonable form, management and development ofenterprise human resource.This thesis illuminated the process of recruitment and selection of humanresource, from the basis which including human resource planning and jobanalysis to the operation process of recruitment and selection. It alsodescribed how to select qualified employees, existing problem and how toresolve it. A set of tools for recruitment and selection of human resource, alongwith some scientific theory and methods of recruitment and evaluation ofemployee for company, has been provided, through the analysis of the wholeprocess of recruitment of Tianjin Lawter Chemical Co. Ltd., in which bothquantitative analysis on employee evaluation index by means of ALP andqualitative analysis on human resource recruitment were made.This thesis has laid a solid theory ground for the recruitment, evaluationand reasonable employment of Tianjin Lawter Chemical Co. Ltd., which is withgreat reference value for employees' self-development and company'sreasonable arrangement on human resource. Furthermore, it has alsoprovided the recruitment experience of Tianjin Lawter Chemical Co. Ltd., whichcan be used as reference as hoped.
