Analysis On Regional Human Resources Structure And The Industrial Structure Suitability

With the increasing of economic and social development, industrial structure adjustment met new opportunities and challenges. How to optimize human resource structure will become an important topic in the current and future period of time. Based on the analysis of Changshu, this paper will analyze the industrial structure and human resource of Changshu and their fitment, etc.First, this paper will expound the theory of industrial structure and human resource structure adaptation. Then it will analyze the adaptation degree. This paper will analyze personnel structure through methods such as questionnaire survey. The problem such as uneven distribution of professional, lack of skilled personnel in human resources restricted the optimal allocation of human resources structure and the development of the industrial structure upgrade.Finally, the paper will optimize human resource structure in Changshu and put forward lots of attracting, cultivating and retaining talents measures and suggestions.
