This thesis takes Qingdao Hai Xinda International logistics Co; ltd.(short as Hai Xinda Co. in the following context) as an example, discussing how the traditional logistics companies that focus on Japanese industries develop and carry on strategic transformation under the situation of tenser relationship between China and Japan resulted from Diaoyu Island incident requirement of outside market, and lacking resources in itself Etc.This article starts from the present condition and third party logistics which limit their development, with assistance of SWOT analysis discussed the design and process of developing strategies of those logistics companies; Meanwhile, by combination with third party logistics developing trends and moulds home and abroad, through scientific analysis, the business environment and resources of Hai Xinda Co., with regarding of its problems of backwards logistics idea, uncompleted logistics services, lacking of human resources, and different management methods etc., present new strategies such as updating management idea, adjusting to modern logistics development, improving basic equipments, building up information flat form, combining of resources in time, flaunting logistics channels, strengthening service, valuing human recourse training, carrying on and learning from experiences of advanced logistics corporations with management of third party logistics, improving management standard to help Hai Xinda Co. fasten the steps of modern strategy transaction and become a stronger and more powerful cooperation.
