The competition between enterprises is growing since the economic crisis. How human resource management improve enterprise innovation ability and achievements has become a research hotspot in academic circles and business circles. Innovation not only improve people of eat,wear and life,but also give consumers a better service. Innovation is an important pillar of national economic development. It also provides a large number of jobs that can greatly alleviate the employment pressure of social. Innovation makes the country richer, stronger and prosperous. Human resources management can effectively promote enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship, enterprise human resources management can strengthen their innovation consciousness, improve the ability of organizational innovation. Through the management of employee innovation knowledge, skills, which can inspire the enthusiasm of the staff innovation, improve the organizational innovation performance.This paper starts with a review of high performance work systems, research about entrepreneurial performance and the relationship between the enterprise innovation and analysis of enterprise human resource practice technology of entrepreneurial activities. We put forward the aim of this study, introduce conception and main research methods of hypothesis after theoretical analysis. The second phase is about empirical study. it introduce questionnaire survey and data collection, investigation content description object, and then it introduce the overall distribution characteristics of sample validation study scale, analyze data reliability and validity. Take and construct the scale data, studying with the descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and multivariate analysis. This research model have hypothesis for quantitative analysis and verification. Finally summarize the results and interview conclusion of the analysis of questionnaire and statistics, drawn the conclusions in this paper and the main research.The development of modern enterprise can not be separated from the innovation, and the success of enterprise innovation can not be separated from the development and management of the talents. This study demonstrates that the human resources management can promote enterprise innovation. These papers enrich the theory and entrepreneurship research of human resource management, and provide some practical guidance value for enterprises witch will better carry out innovation activities tomorrow.
