Development Of The Baikal Tourism Region

Comprehensive development of tourism is a major achievement of social globalization. As the driving force of economic development, as a cross-cultural exchange, mutual understanding and prosperity tool, tourism has become an integral part of the modern lifestyle.The Baikal region has enormous tourism resources: abundant natural zones, beautiful natural landscapes, rich resources, world-class spas, vast original areas, as well as unique attractions, which has great historical and cultural value. Tourism development in the Baikal region would lead to an increase in total internal product, activation of the foreign trade balance, creation of additional work places, and also stimulate development of transport and communication, construction, agriculture, and manufacture of the consumer good, etc.However, although tourism of Baikal region can be considered one of the primary economic growths, there are many negative factors that affect the development of the tourism industry in the region. Some of those factors include: how to reduce prices in order to attract tourists, how to improve the quality of service in order to have satisfied tourists, how to increase the infrastructure for the convenience of visitors, and how to control pollution in order to beautify the environment. Therefore, according to this study, Baikal tourism development is found through the use of literature analysis, statistical analysis and other research methods. Investigations considered objects of the Baikal region and its impact on the tourism industry. Baikal’s resources encountered difficulties and challenges in its development but with the use of theory and research, several practical activities and proposed planning.Baikal region historical-cultural and natural potential much higher than other regions. At the same time, although the situation is complicated, Baikal region have a necessary ability for development of tourism. The existing competitive resource efficient and rational use of, actively play their own advantages decision and all Infrastructure problems has been applied to ensure that the Baikal region has a leading position in the tourism market.
