From the late 1980s ,the earliest theory of supply chain management founded and it has been around the world. Nowadays traditional supply chain has been unable to respond to complex and ever-changing market demand, so the supply chain agility became more important. In today's ever-changing marketing environment, more and more enterprises recognized that the concentration of resources on its core competence to gain competitive advantages of the conditions was necessary. As some of them have no competitive advantage. Enterprises will only focus on a relatively narrow, but the advantages are obvious areas. Through the value chain to external resources fully utilized, realize just unable to rely on their own ability to complete the objective, which is to establish a so-called "value-added partnership." The virtual enterprise is the best embodiment of this relationship Alliance.
