Application Of CEAFTC Flight Training Project Planning

With the development of world’s economy, Civil Aviation industry has more and more prosperous development space, and China is now becoming a great country of the Civil Aviation industry. Flight safety is the key point of airway transportation, and the industry needs more and more qualified pilots. Flight training is therefore playing an important role.The globalization of economy drives the internationalization of Chinese flight training, and enforces the market competition. Chinese Flight Training is more and more developed, but it is still behind the step of developed countries. In the past twenty years, Shanghai Eastern Flight Training Co., Ltd. (CEAFTC) has been the top enterprise of this industry with a way of massive expansion. But due to old management idea, systematic defect, restraint of internal resource, lack of development motivation, CEAFTC is unable to adapt the future needs and encountered the growth limitation.Under this circumstance, focusing on CEAFTC, the thesis studies project, management planning and application of flight training. In order to exceed growth limitation, and help CEAFTC to achieve phase-stepping and continuous development, on the basis of the study on project management planning and other related theories, the thesis provides practical experience for flight training enterprises and institutions, by analyzing the present status of this industry from home and abroad. Furthermore, a set of project management plan is provided for CEAFTC, which thereafter is, regulating the internal resources, extending industry chain, developing the commercial jet training market, enhancing core competing abilities, studying and developing computer-based simulation software, and making CEAFTC an international market oriented training institution.By analyzing vast amount, of data, the thesis induces conclusions logically. The thesis also makes a detailed introduction a the computer-based flight visual simulation project to further support the conclusions.
