China is experiencing complex social transformation,and banking institutions are facing great challenges of development brought by the market.high-quality human resources have become the key element of enterprise competitiveness.Changsha Furong sub branch of China Constructi on Bank is also facing fierce competition.If you want to have a place,you must pay attention to the investment of human resources.Specifically,you must pay attention to the training of employees.This paper found that there are many problems in the st aff training of Changsha Furong Branch of China Construction Bank,mainly including: the training needs are not met,the training content is lack of pertinence,the training method is boring and single,the lack of full-time trainers,and the evaluation of training effect is a mere formality.In order to improve the quality of staff training in Changsha Furong Branch of China Construction Bank,it is necessary to design a operable improvement scheme of staff training system.Mainly carried out from the asp ects of training demand,training content,training method,training effect and so on.Among them,the analysis of training needs refers to the "three-level analysis method",including organization analysis,post analysis and personnel analysis;In terms o f training content,the key to improvement is to change the current scattered training content system and improve its knowledge management system;In terms of training methods,it is carried out according to the needs of organizational strategy,Department post setting and employee career planning,combined with the knowledge management system of Changsha Furong Branch of China Construction Bank;In terms of employee training effect evaluation,four levels of evaluation methods are adopted,namely reflectio n evaluation,learning evaluation,behavior evaluation and result evaluation.As for the implementation of the staff training system improvement plan of Changsha Furong sub branch of China Construction Bank,we should first follow certain implementation pri nciples and steps,taking into account the possible obstacles,and then it is important to establish certain safeguard measures,mainly as follows: strengthen the construction of organizational culture,including that the sub branch management should pay a ttention to staff training and establish a learning organizational culture;Optimize the lecturer system and establish a reasonable teaching staff;Establish and improve relevant training systems,such as training supervision and feedback system,pre post in post integrated training system,training responsibility system,training fund system,training file management system,etc.The study of this paper Outlines a complete idea for improving the staff training management system of CCB Changsha Furong Branc h,which has important promoting significance and practical value for Changsha Furong Branch.At the same time,the development of this paper also provides experience and inspiration for the design and improvement of staff training management system in oth er banks of the same type.
