After the full opening of China’s refined oil market,foreign companies have been entering China to build oil depots and terminals,establish sales networks and sell their own refined oil.At the same time,private refineries and gas stations have also sprung up all over the world,and the petrochemical industry has seen many opportunities for development,but also faces greater challenges.As one of the "three barrels of oil",sinopec,in the context of the flood of reform,how to grasp the future trends accurately and maintain its core competitive advantage depends to a large extent on the quality and ability of the enterprise talent team.This thesis chooses sinopec sales jx branch as the research target,refers to the past research ideas and methods,combines the company’s staff training situation,uses questionnaire survey,interview and literature analysis to carry out research,through research and data collection combing and analysis,formulated sinopec sales jx branch staff training effect enhancement program,the concrete measure of the program covers four aspects: one consummates the training course.To help employees improve their knowledge,skills,working methods,attitudes,and values,and to improve the results of employee training,so as to maximize their potential,improve their personal and organizational performance,and promote continuous progress of organizations and individuals to achieve organizational and personal development.Second,innovative forms of training.Combining job requirements and the characteristics of various types of personnel,a combination of intensive off-duty training,academic lectures,rota internships,job training,online training,self-study and other means,adopt thematic tutoring,case studies,on-site observation,exchange seminars,twinning,etc.to enhance the effectiveness of staff training.Third,optimize the training system.In the three aspects of employee training evaluation management system,training evaluation incentive system,and trainer management mechanism,the improvement and optimization of the employee training system provides organizational guarantee for enhancing the effectiveness of employee training.Fourth,improve training management.Focusing on improving needs analysis and strengthening evaluation work,continuously innovating training management,reducing engineering contradictions,promoting weak links,strengthening training whole process management,and helping to improve quality and efficiency of training.
