Disadvantages are: enterprise development of large investment, long cycle, the backwardness of management level, personnel training is not in place, the work efficiency is low. Enterprises are facing opportunities:the economic situation is better, increase of national income, financial stability, area development condition is good, encouraging independent innovation. The challenge: foreign companies continue to enter the China market, market competition is intense, high technical requirements and update speed. Through these analysis, under the international, domestic background, this article understand C company objectively and correctly. Through the analysis of C company’s compensation system, this article help to establish a suitable strategy and system for biological high-tech enterprise compensation.This paper from the establishment of a relatively fair distribution system, improve employee satisfaction, improve staff welfare system, enrich the mechanism, training staff employee occupation career plans for the five aspects of C company’s compensation strategy and the compensation system, and that in order to solve the enterprise facing staff not satisfied, not fair, no enthusiasm for work, without question the sense of belonging to the enterprise, the perfect incentive mechanism, inspire innovative thinking. Through the establishment of incentive mechanism in two aspects of material and spirit, the realization of personal positioning of different degree, different levels of employees and future occupation development guidance, make the employees to achieve personal progress in the framework of the development of enterprises.
