Disposable medical device industry in China is in a golden period ofdevelopment.However, China’s medical device industry is facing backward in thedevelopment of R&D level, low industrial concentration, excess capacity in low-endproducts, and many other issues.Hunan Longevity biological technology Co., LTD, Asa just set up high-tech company in the field of disposable medical devices,relying on astrong technological advantage and price advantage, has made its main productsdisposable Precision filters infusion achieved in Hunan market share in thefirst.However, the company is also facing a single product category, brand andcompany size smaller issues such as weak.In order to enable the company to sustainable and healthy development, to furtherexpand market share in the country.This article will use the theories and methods ofstrategic management, through PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces model, SWOTanalysis, specifically outside the enterprise environment, opportunities and threats, thecompany’s development ideas gradually clear, and ultimately the formation oflong-term development strategy.In the current situation, companies should adopt "one three six" overall expansionstrategy, namely the development of the national market as the core, to productdevelopment,production package, brand building as three aspects of the mainsupport,to improve governance, organizational structure adjustment, financial security,human resource development, corporate culture and the construction of informationtechnology as six areas of important safeguards.The companies should adopt differentcompetitive strategies focused, targeted at high-end disposable medical products in themarket, in the product features, aspects of quality, brand and channel formingsignificant difference with competitors.The company also should be the overall layout,rapid expansion and capital management strategies implemented in three phases, andstrive to become a high-end disposable medical products market leading companies inthe next5-7years to make the main business income reached30million realized profitof800million yuan, and ultimately achieve the great goal.Through the company’s development strategy research, will help the companyquickly technology advantage and price advantage into market advantage. At the sametime in the same high-tech medical device industry in small and micro enterprises to develop and implement their own development strategies, quickly achieve bigger andstronger with some guidance.
