Research On The Relationship In The Rural Land Circulation Policy, Interests Guarantee And Urbanization Willingness Of Nanning City

This paper studies the relationship in the rural land circulation policy, interests guarantee as well as the willingness of farmers’ urbanization of Nanning city based on empirical research and land development rights theory. The path of the present study is as follows:firstly, analyzing the current situation of Nanning; secondly, finding the problems that hinder current rural land circulation and urbanization process; then, solving above mentioned problems; finally, making the further discussion on the relationship in the rural land circulation policy, interests guarantee as well as the willingness of farmers’ urbanization based on analysis of concepts and properties of the land development rights.This study sums up the hot concerns about the urbanization and rural land circulation based on the related literatures of rural land circulation and willingness to urbanization and on the empirical research of Nanning rural status quo. This research model is composed of three variables, respectively is:the rural land circulation policy, farmers’ interests guarantee and willingness to urbanization based on the theories and empirical researches. Three hypotheses are proposed according to the model, which are as follows:·H1:Land circulation policy has the significant positive effects on farmer’s willingness to urbanization;·H2:Farmer’s interests guarantee plays a mediating role on the positive relationship between the land circulation policy and the willingness of farmer’s urbanization;·H3:Farmer’s interests guarantee has significant positive influence on the willingness of farmers’urbanization.According to the hypothesis, this research makes the questionnaire and survey combining with literature review and empirical investigation. Path coefficients and the mutual relationship between variables are concluded after questionnaire screening, analysis of the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, and statistical analysis of the questionnaire. Furthmore, this research puts forward the suggestions of urbanization of Nanning promoted by the land circulation as follows:· To help farmers go into urban community life;· To provide housing security for urbanization;· To provide employment skills training and improve employment policy for urbanization;· To increase farmer’s allocation proportion of value-added income of rural construction land;· To retain farmer’s returns of land circulation even they live in the city.
