Positive Analysis On Influential Factors Of Farmer’s Land Circulation

According to the central file and the reality of the situation，it is an importantmoment to the economic transformation for China,and "Three Rural Issues" is thecountry’s current problems to be solved. Promote the circulation of rural land topromote agriculture to the development of large-scale is an important aspect to solvethe "Three Rural Issues".But because of age, family income level, social welfare, andother practical factors restrict the behavior of farmers transfering land, and thereforethe willingness of farmers transfering land is reduced.This paper studies the farmer’s land circulation and the influence degree ofvarious impact factors on the behavior,and takes Tengzhou,Shandong Province as aCase. Through the comprehensive analysis of relevant literature review at home andabroad data and reference related theory, put forward the theoretical framework andresearch design, and summarizes the factors affecting the will and behavior offarmer’s land circulation:human capital characteristics,family status, land transactioncharacteristics, farmers’ external protection characteristics.in the form of questionnaireand interviews survey, using SPSS17.0statistical software analysis data, usingmultivariate Logistic regression model to measure the linear degree of eachinfluencing factor’s influence on farmer’s land circulation.Through Logistic regressiontest,research conclusion:some of the factors of human capital characteristics, familystatus, land transaction characteristics, farmers’ external protection characteristicshave a significant impact on farmer’s land circulation. Through the learning of theprevious information,the learning from the successful experience of some countriesand empirical analysis, this paper presents policies,including establishing a ruralsocial security system, and promoting the all-round construction of the market offarmer’s land circulation,to promote farmer’s land circulation.
