The Research To Local Government's Role On The Development Of The Agricultural Industrialization In Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

It is proved that industrialization is the key to modern agriculture。when the development planning of Guangxi beibu gulf becomes national strategy,meanwhile CAFTA as well as Qinzhou free trade zone set up,and the cooperation between guangxi and asean tight,guangxi beibu gulf economic zone as a big agricultural province's advancing economic zone,the development of agricultural industrialization is faced with both Opportunities and challenges。The local government plays an important role to promote the agriculture industrialization。However, because of many reasons which on natural,environment,society,culture and government itself, the government in the north gulf economic zone doesn't work well,including agricultural industrialization planning are not clear,absence agricultural brand,cooperation and communication channel are not perfect,and guarantee ability is shortage。So,the local government how to use the advantages to develop the agriculture industrialization,promote guangxi's economy growth continue,steady and coordinate are subjects need study seriously。In this paper, the author combine theory and empirical research,and use qualitative and quantitative methods to analysis the advantages and disadvantages that the Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic Zone face when development the agricultural industrialization,state the limitation of local government。To solve the problems,The author suggest four things to do。First of all,by virtue of the asean,make full use of the beibu gulf economic zone's location and resource advantages to create beibu gulf agricultural brand,developing external agriculture。Next,establish perfect all-round, multi-level cooperation and communication channels。Then,develop the support capacity system of agriculture industrialization。The last but not least, construct the government itself,promote the north gulf economic zone develop further。...
