In the process of urbanization. Therefore, the in-depth study of farmers’ property income helps to understand the farmers’ income growth restriction point, formulate the corresponding policies and measures to promote the sustainable growth of farmers’ property income, solve the problem of increasing farmers’ income slowly, and narrow the gap between urban and rural, eliminate the urban-rural dual structure.In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of rural urbanization, either the government or scholars, the promotion of the farmers’ income is more and more attention to farmers’ property income the role and status. The seventh part, it summarizes the basic conclusion we study, and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions about strengthening the urbanization development support to farmers to increase income from property.Through a comprehensive system of analysis, this paper gets the following basic conclusions:first, the growth of farmers’ income structure shows that, farmers’ income is the key to future growth of farmers’ property income. Second, the influence on farmers’ property income proportion under the different development stage of urbanization is different, the influence of the rapid development period for the negative effects, and scientific development has a positive effect.
