An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Rural Land Circulation On The Income Of Farmers Under The New Normal

Based on the reality of China's economic new normal,the new normal land transfer,improving the income of the farmers facing new opportunities and challenges,therefore,strengthening the land circulation of the empirical research on the income of the farmers is very necessary.At the same time,in order to promote rural economic development speed of rural land circulation and speed,the process of agricultural modernization in harmony,improving the income of the farmers is the key,and the transfer of land is undoubtedly an important step to raise the income of farmers.The circulation of rural land refers to the behavior of the land management rights transfer to other farmers or economic organizations in accordance with legal procedures.The land transfer can not only increase investment in agriculture,improve the agricultural science and technology innovation level and the level of mechanization,but also in a large number of rural surplus labor transfer,which can directly or indirectly promote the increase of farmers' income.Firstly,this paper describes the concept and basic theory of the new normal,rural land and farmers' income.On this basis,the detailed analysis of several factors that affect the farmer's income,namely the adult labor,regional location,land quality,national policy.At the same time,the land transfer under the new normal condition is systematically summarized,which is different from the past.Secondly,from two aspects,this paper elaborates the mechanism of the rural land circulation,the path analysis of rural land circulation,the path analysis of rural land circulation and rural land circulation.Then based on the questionnaire collected information,it introduces overview of the sample village land circulation and the basic situation of the income of the farmers,Then the article compares the gender,age,education level and income of the sample village households,and analyzes the reasons.At last,the independent variables and the dependent variables of the model are established,and the appropriate multiple linear regression models are established,and the appropriate comments are given according to the model,then,it raises the relevant policy recommendations.The access to land and farmers income related historical documents as the basis,by survey area farmer interviews and questionnaires as a means,using SPSS17.0 to establish multiple linear regression model,quantitative analysis of land circulation of the relationship between the factors and the income of the farmers,the improve the income of the farmers are proposed.It is expected to achieve the following objectives:(1)to find a comprehensive and systematic way to identify the relevant factors affecting the rural land circulation farmers' income,and found a new growth point of the income of farmers.(2)to calculate and evaluate the impact of land transfer on the income of farmers in Anhui Province,and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.According to the model analysis,it is known that the change of land circulation area is 1%,and the income of the farmers will change0.501%.Land transfer period of 1% per increase,the corresponding increase in the income of farmers 0.160%.Farmers' cultural level increases by 1%,the income will increase by 0.330%.In order to better play to the land transfer income for farmers role in promoting,shall establish and improve the rural land transfer market and standardize the land circulation behavior;strengthen the government in rural land circulation the role of supervision and management;the establishment of farmers' cooperative organizations and promote the scale of land management.
