This paper mainly on quantitative research.supplemented by qualitative research,From the more intuitive level study of women poverty problem.Based on survey data in the wuling mountain areas,from the poor women group policy demands analysis of statistical description.Based on the existing support path and policy arrangement,using quantitative research and qualitative research the implementation of the comprehensive analysis of poor women and operation conditions.The government established a series of anti-poverty policy against women poverty, and constantly enrich and perfect.But the reality of poverty in China is very complicated,women poverty is associated with a variety of factors,this requires policy has higher precision.The existing national poverty reduction policy,Still the continuation of the traditional gender running mechanism,often in the form of "fairness",ignore the women special needs and rights.This article first to the poverty and anti-poverty carding the related study of the women,by using the theory of social gender theory and multidimensional poverty,with continuous destitute areas in poor women as the research object,describe continuous destitute areas in the lives of poor women,from the economic development, social development, health, culture, rights and interests of demand analysis.Continuous destitute areas in poor women in gender, production support, public participation, social security and other fields of policy implementation and running conditions, analysis of effect evaluation of anti-poverty policy, and based on this, advances the relevant phases of the poverty alleviation policy Suggestions.
