In recent years,with the task of building public rental throughout the construction plan has been largely completed,it is entering the distribution and availability of public rental sectors.However, public rental valid match will become one of the key reform of the housing security system,which is truly from the original intention. Since entering the allocation of public rental, how to improve the efficiency of public rental rationing and ensure its rational rationing science has become a hot topic of academic research. This paper constructing a model of public rental rationing and though the protect objects of public rental and the supply situation,and with the current rationing of efficiency and equity issues and focus on both supply and demand characteristics of effective bilateral matching path analysis, the corresponding research working mainly reflected in:At first,based on the study of public rental on the current situation in Wuhan、 Chongqing, this paper use the difference between the two social housing and public rental housing self raising way to analyze the access conditions under the current distribution in the form of rent Wuhan、Chongqing "Yaohao" with rent way. Because it can not distinguish between the supply and demand sides of the reasonable requirements of the public rental and there are some limitations. From the perspective of public rental housing characteristics and matches starting,it is sure that some of the public rental problem can be solved by Yaohao distribution,this paper analyzed the external environment and the internal structure of public rental housing allocation proposed bilateral. It is use Hausdorff distance matching methods and matching theory vector length methods for public rental demand characteristics and special features of the different supply of public rental housing to match, and on this basis the simulation calculations to verify the feasibility and practicality of the model to provide a certain allocation for public rental reference. Finally made public rental distribution mechanism design and optimization recommendations.The main findings of this paper is to raise public rental housing in different ways in different matching listing, and introduced Hausdorff distance matching function method which is applied to the area of distribution of public rental. Besides,the paper use the stable market matching allocation of society listing for the allocation of public rental housing which offers a new way of thinking and approach.lt is practical significance of this method in public rental phenomenon that appears unreasonable. In addition, this paper account"Yaohao" is a certain rationality which should not be entirely negative. The need for hierarchical allocation mechanism design, including application lead, unified construction, establish the personal information system, the distribution of process curing and so on.It is use "Yaohao" and matching supply and demand sides parallel to improve distribution of equity, efficiency and rationality.
