Supplier Management Research Of Power Production

As enterprises know, supply chain management has become an efficient method of business management. On standing the microcosmic subject of, the corporate supplier management determines the cost and the scale of enterprises. Especially in the company of generation of electricity, many types of products, goods and materials needed in quality, quantity and species have specific requirements. With the rapid expansion of electricity production scale of enterprises in recent years, what should be made to adjust and improve for enterprise management and material suppliers? Taking an example of SF Enterprises in Beijing, the writer studies the same type of corporate and makes recommendations in the current environment according to the vendor management problem. Supplier management includes supplier development, access, collaboration, assessment, evaluation and updating content. And companies of generation of electricity will be cautious when they choose their vendors, maintain supplier relationships and structure supplier management system should be the category of this study. Research methods and relevant literature used in this paper, at the same time the use of the status industry PEST analysis, SWOT analysis of the internal situation, and the author’s field research, interviews with industry experience helped to find power production business problems and thus the writer could analyze its internal and external reasons. The results showed: firstly, electricity production enterprise supplier management should closely contact with their internal inventory management; secondly, power production enterprises should develop flexible supplier management system based on the strategic development of the enterprise; finally, the development and expansion of electrical manufacturers need the ERP.
