The Changing Of The Fate Of The Poverty And Its Mechanism Study

Currently, the domestic scholars theories on poverty, poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation and development policy research evolved more, but changing the destiny of research for poor households are rare. In the new situation, in-depth description of the fate of poor households transformation process, analyze causal link which, for the future of pro-poor policies toward poor households out of poverty is of great significance and role. This article relies on China Normal University Project survey platform "hundred villages observed," follow "literature review - Process Description - Anatomy explanation - recommendations" research path.Shandong Province, North Cliff Village Pingyin Dongyu three nine poor households for the study, using the method detailed case studies describe the fate of the transition period. Different transition fate of these three poor households, analysis of different internal factors affecting the level of education of their population, physical fitness, production skills and ideas, etc. and industrial structure and the degree of development of rural markets to external causes for their fate, change the fate of the different factors found from multiple angles. On this basis, summed up the fate of the future transformation of poor households into three categories, namely "loss of ability itself out of poverty" "their own efforts to get rid of poverty" and "dependent on the body and force out of poverty."
