Research On The Poverty Alleviation Model Of "Poor Households +" In Tiandeng County From The Perspective Of Synergetic Governance Theory

Winning the battle against poverty,eradicating poverty and achieving common prosperity is an important criterion for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and an essential feature of socialism.In promoting targeted poverty alleviation,effective poverty alleviation measures and methods are the key factors affecting the effectiveness of poverty alleviation work,and a correct poverty alleviation model must be selected.Chongzuo tiande county is a state-level poverty-stricken county in guangxi region.Since the 18 th national congress of the CPC,with the full advance of targeted poverty alleviation,tiande and other counties have explored the poverty alleviation model of "poverty +" according to local conditions,which has played a positive role in reducing the poor population,increasing farmers' income and promoting local development.This paper takes "poverty +" poverty alleviation model as the research object,combines specific practical cases,USES collaborative governance theory to make a systematic investigation,summarizes the effects and deficiencies of the model,and extracts the experience of poverty alleviation model,so as to further improve the poverty alleviation model and play a greater driving role in the promotion process.Research is divided into five parts: one is the introduction,by means of comparative analysis,literature analysis,empirical analysis and other methods,from the fight out of poverty to be completed,the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way,and the current accurate policies to reduce poverty,days county accurate positive practice,etc.,to reduce poverty elaborated the research background and practical significance of topics,combed the research present situation,analyzes the feature and shortage of research.The second is the theoretical study,which analyzes the basic connotation and main characteristics of the theory of collaborative governance,and expounds its theoretical characteristics,applicable fields and forms of action.This paper analyzes the characteristics of targeted poverty alleviation,the application scope of collaborative governance,and the collaborative needs of targeted poverty alleviation,creatively constructs the internal connection and collaborative relationship between collaborative governance theory and poverty alleviation,and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of topic selection.The third is the empirical analysis,taking tiande and other counties of guangxi autonomous region as an example,the poverty alleviation policy and poverty alleviation model are investigated empirically.Tiande and other counties have carried out targeted poverty alleviation work in a systematic way with the "poor households" as the main mode.As a result,the poverty-stricken population of the whole county has been significantly reduced,the income of villagers has been significantly increased,and the rural economic and social development environment has been significantly improved.However,in the process of promoting the "poverty +" model,there are still problems such as poverty alleviation,policy dependence,institutional barriers of poverty alleviation model,high threshold of poverty alleviation projects and poor people's active participation.The fourth is the analysis of the characteristics of coordinated governance in the poverty alleviation model of tiande and other counties.This paper analyzes the characteristics of "poverty +" poverty alleviation model in tiande county,such as diversified participation subjects and development paths,and systematically summarizes the characteristics and essence of collaborative governance.Fifth,to improve the "poverty +" poverty alleviation model path research.This paper makes a comparative study of the typical poverty alleviation models and experiences in China,such as poverty alleviation through science and technology,education,finance,e-commerce and tourism,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from the aspects of poverty identification mechanism,main role of poor households,resource integration,establishment of double-credit working mechanism,and promotion of poverty alleviation experience.Research think day county "poor +" poverty alleviation powerfully promote the poverty alleviation work effect,but in the main body participation,resource integration for poverty alleviation etc.Also there are some deficiencies,and collaborative governance theory and the "poor +" poverty alleviation has high fit,to improve the "poor +" model,further enhance poverty alleviation work efficiency has a very positive role.
