Traditional mass production mode have already can’t meet the diverse needs of the modern customers, and cannot solve the contradiction between the product quality, cost and delivery time. In order to be able to survive in the fierce and changeable market environment, Enterprises must introduce lean production mode, i.e. on time and in a short time as needed to produce customer satisfaction products. However, it is essence of management to eliminate waste and continuous improvement for lean production, volatility and inflexibility is the root cause of the production of waste, so constantly excavate the potential of existing production lines, control the various factors in the process of production, in order to reduce the waste in the process of production, make the enterprise of the entire process to achieve the goal of " Desire to change ".Control volatility aims to eliminate waste, to achieve product small batch production and small batch handling, reduce the WIP inventory, to shorten the production cycle and reduce the production cost. In order to make the electronic manufacturing enterprises to achieve "a flow" of production, the volatility must be controlled within 15%.This dissertation mainly aims at the production line of the electronics industry in-depth study, from the perspective of lean production, find out the value stream analysis line volatility factor of production units, found in the production of waste and unreasonable place, put forward the improvement scheme and control the operation unit of volatility within the scope of the controllable operation, finally realizes the capacity of the whole production line balance, reduce WIP and inventory, improve efficiency and product quality, increase the flexibility of production lines and improve the production efficiency, shorten the production cycle.Combined with the actual case that based on the electronic manufacturing enterprises production field data collection and observation, selected for a particular product family, draw the product status "value stream map", by analyzing the present status of the production unit of variable factors and sources of homework, and put forward the operation unit subject to control six specific methods that Takt time define, small batch production, small batch transfer between processes, shorten the switch time of operation, production process control and setting buffer area/temporary way to increase production capacity, then verify the validity of the control methods which render products "value stream map" in the future.The example case analysis shows that the electronic product line volatility reduced from 58.6% to 14.8%, physical flow reduced from 15 days to 7 days when above methods are used to control the volatility of production line.
